These Terms & Conditions govern FM Corporation's employee text-message (SMS) program. By providing your mobile number for the program and consenting to receive messages, you agree to these terms.

Program description

FM Corporation sends login verification codes (one-time passcodes) and Employee Portal notifications to current and recently-separated employees who have provided a mobile number for this purpose. See the Text Message Program page for details.

Frequency and cost

• Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
• Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier; FM Corporation does not charge for the messages.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from this program. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (479) 636-3540 or [email protected].

Carrier liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Your use of the text-message program is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains that no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
