FM Corporation Employee Text Message Program

FM Corporation (3535 W. Hudson Rd., Rogers, AR) operates a text-message (SMS) program for its current and recently-separated employees. This page describes the program, the messages we send, and how an employee consents to receive them.
What messages we send
- Login verification codes (one-time passcodes). A numeric code sent when an employee signs in to the FM Corporation Employee Portal, to confirm their identity.
- Employee Portal notifications. A short alert letting an employee know that a document or message (for example, a pay statement) is available to view in the Employee Portal.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
How employees opt in (consent)
Employees consent to receive these text messages when they provide their mobile phone number to FM Corporation and choose text as a contact method — for example during new-hire onboarding, when signing in to the Employee Portal, or during annual enrollment. By providing your mobile number for this purpose, you agree to receive the verification codes and portal notifications described above at that number. Providing a mobile number is optional and is not a condition of employment.

FM Corp: A new document is available in your Employee Portal. Sign in to view it. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
