Preferred - Experience supporting new product launches and process validation; experience with process improvement initiatives; experience using manufacturing software, ERP systems, or process monitoring tools; High School Diploma or GED.
Job Summary
Serves as an advanced processing resource by leading troubleshooting efforts, optimizing molding processes, supporting new product introductions, and assisting with training and development activities within the molding department.
Hours:
A Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:30AM - 4:00PM
B Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:45PM - 2:15AM
Pay: A Shift- $21.99 B Shift- $22.29
Key Responsibilities
• Independently perform molding machine startups, process adjustments, and troubleshooting activities.• Establish and maintain process parameters to achieve quality and production requirements.
• Lead troubleshooting of complex molding, quality, and production issues.
• Support new product launches, sample runs, and process improvements.
• Monitor and improve cycle times, scrap reduction, and overall process efficiency.

Qualifications
Required - Advanced knowledge of injection molding processes and equipment; strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; ability to establish and adjust process parameters; effective communication skills; ability to train and mentor others; demonstrated experience independently processing and troubleshooting injection molding operations and supporting the development of less experienced processors.Preferred - Experience supporting new product launches and process validation; experience with process improvement initiatives; experience using manufacturing software, ERP systems, or process monitoring tools; High School Diploma or GED.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and use hands and fingers to operate equipment, tools, controls, and computer systems. Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moving machinery, forklift traffic, noise, and varying temperatures.
